Biography

Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and now based in Kippa‑Ring, Queensland, Nat Starzynski brings a unique global upbringing to her football journey. Having grown up between the United States and Australia, she has developed into a confident and adaptable athlete with experience across rugby league, rugby sevens, rugby XVs, league 9s, and Oztag.

Nat currently attends Redcliffe State High School and balances her academic commitments with a demanding multi‑sport training schedule. She has represented numerous clubs across rugby league and rugby union, including Moreton Bay Raiders, Redcliffe Sea Snakes, Taiwhanake Rugby 7s, and touring teams such as Renegades 32 and AUSuperstars Junior Rugby Union, competing domestically and internationally.

At representative level, Nat has consistently been selected in Sunshine Coast School Sport teams for both rugby league and rugby sevens, while also earning Queensland representative honours in U16 girls rugby sevens. Her selection in pathways such as the NRL Future Dolphins Academy (2025), Broncos Talent ID, and the East Tigers Academy reflects her early identification as a high‑potential athlete.

Primarily a fullback or centre in rugby league, and a ball‑player, centre, or wing in rugby sevens, Nat is recognised for her speed, evasiveness, strength in contact, and strong foundational skills across multiple formats.
