Jai Franco is a talented and versatile 19 year old rugby league player currently playing with the Campbelltown City Kangaroos, competing in the Macarthur Reserve Grade and First Grade competition. A natural hooker and half, Jai prides himself on his game management, creativity out of dummy half and toughness in defence. His ability to read the game and play multiple positions gives him genuine versatility across the spine and through the middle.

Jai has built a strong rugby league foundation through both junior representative and senior pathways. He was part of the North Sydney Bears SG Ball program, received trial interest from Sydney Roosters SG Ball staff and has trained with the NSW U19s Blues squad. His exposure to senior football began early. Since the age of 16, Jai has played Sydney Shield alongside U19s football, giving him valuable experience competing against older and more physically developed players. During 2024–25, Jai also trained with the Cabramatta Ron Massey Cup squad, gaining further experience in a senior environment and playing against Parramatta Eels Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup opposition. Now with the Campbelltown City Kangaroos, Jai continues to test himself in senior football. His performances have already been recognised, including being named Player of the Match against the Mittagong Lions in April 2026.

Jai is a motivated, competitive and coachable young player who brings toughness, football intelligence and a strong team-first attitude. His experience across junior representative and senior environments at a young age has prepared him well for the next stage of his development. At just 19, Jai has significant upside and is determined to continue challenging himself at a higher level, with the ambition of progressing through the elite rugby league pathway
