Kyden is a dynamic hooker/fullback from Wynnum Manly and Mabel Park SHS, known for his speed, strength and competitiveness. A proud Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander athlete, he has represented Queensland Murri sides and continues to build toward elite junior representative pathways.

Explosive spine utility with speed, toughness and strong representative pedigree.
Kyden Lane-Williams is an emerging spine utility (hooker/fullback) combining speed, toughness and work rate, with a playing style suited to modern, high-tempo rugby league. Currently competing in Wynnum Manly U16 Division 1 and Mabel Park State High (Walters Cup), he has demonstrated consistent progression through both school and representative pathways.
A Queensland Murri representative (U12 & U14), Kyden brings a strong sense of identity and competitiveness to his football. He is most effective around the ruck, where his acceleration and decision-making allow him to pressure defensive lines, while his ability to play across both hooker and fullback provides valuable positional coverage.
Key early highlights include scoring his first tries at both school and club level, as well as competing in a Mick Hancock Cup Grand Final with Mabel Park—experiences that reflect both his development and exposure to high-level junior competition.
Kyden is a player who thrives in game-based environments, particularly 13 v 13 sessions, and is focused on improving consistency and impact each week. His progression is aligned toward Cyril Connell and Mal Meninga pathway selection, with the longer-term goal of establishing himself in representative football.
A proud Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander athlete, Kyden values culture, team connection and continuous improvement, positioning him as a strong long-term development prospect.
