Tara Choo began archery in December 2019 and quickly advanced, attending a junior event by Archery NSW in 2021. By 2022, she qualified for her first major competition, the Open National Target Championships, competing in the Under 18 Division despite being younger. Her dedication and skill led to numerous accolades, including five medals at the 2023 World Archery Oceania Championships and selection for the Archery Australia National Pathway Program, significantly advancing her development.
